Cryoblaster«Mini GT 2.0»
MiniCryoBlaster GT 2.0 ideallysuitable for aggressive and spot cleaning.
MiniCryoBlaster GT 2.0 ideallysuitable for aggressive and spot cleaning.
Cryoblaster «MiniGT 2.0 Ultra» is ideal for local spot cleaning and has been specially designed for cleaning the engine compartment (3 atm) and the underbody of the vehicle (6 atm).
The parameter “2.0” indicates that that the cryoblaster is part of the second generation of modern cryoblasts from IRBISTECH®, which features state-of-the-art granule feed technology with enhanced protection against water ingress into compressed air (Russian Federation patent No. 2813440 dated March 13, 2023 + US and EU).
Production of fresh, high-quality dry ice on demand
Supersonic nozzle saves up to 30-40% of pellets compared to tubular nozzle.
With safe pneumatic control of granule feed. Nozzles are screwed in via a threaded connection.
— cleaning pressure regulator;
— inlet pressure gauge;
— cleaning pressure gauge;
— emergency stop;
— power switch.
Electrics from Schnaider Electric, pneumatics from Camozzi.
The system is not afraid of water in compressed air. Two strikers keep the granules in a constant loose state, which minimizes the risk of them sticking together even if the seal wears out or moisture gets in.
Removal of dust, dirt, liquid and oil leaks in the underhood space
(wires, pipes, generator, liquid tanks, rubber seals, etc.).
A compressor with a capacity of 1000-1800 Nl/min is needed.
Narrow and hard-to-reach places from dust and dirt.
A compressor with a capacity of 1000-1800 nl/min is needed.
Volume: 70-150 liters for transporting and storing 3 mm dry ice pellets.
Bulk density of pellets: 0.8 kg/liter. Evaporation rate: 5-10% per day.
Directly dry ice pellets with a diameter of 3 mm.
2-3 kg per cleaning of the underhood space or car interior.
Cities that produce dry ice:
— Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhnekamsk, Togliatti;
— Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Chelyabinsk;
— Yaroslavl, Omsk, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kirov;
— Novosibirsk, Ryazan, Volgograd, Saratov, Barnaul;

Performance 750-2500 l/min at 6-7 atm.
What is dry ice blasting?
Dry ice blasting, also known as dry ice cleaning, is an environmentally sustainable cleaning and surface preparation technology. Dry ice blasting uses recycled solid carbon dioxide (CO2) pellets or microparticles that are blasted at supersonic speeds and sublimate on impact, lifting dirt and contaminants from the substrate. Dry ice blasting is non-abrasive, non-conductive, non-toxic and non-flammable. It also contains no chemicals, no water and creates no secondary waste streams.
How do dry ice blasting machines work?
Dry ice blasters spray carbon dioxide pellets or microparticles at supersonic speeds using compressed air. These pellets/particles then sublime on impact and lift dirt and contaminants from the substrate.
What is dry ice blasting used for?
Dry ice blasting is a non-destructive solution for cleaning, surface preparation and finishing of parts. Dry ice blasting does not require water or cleaning chemicals and produces no secondary waste. Dry ice blasting (cleaning) can be used in industries such as aerospace and aviation, automotive, contract cleaning, food and beverage, plastics and composites, restoration, textile and more. Common applications in these industries include adhesive, coating and corrosion removal, composite tool cleaning, refurbishment, parts finishing and surface preparation. As you can see, dry ice blasting can be used for a wide range of applications.
What dry ice blasting equipment options do I have?
Irbisteh offers our top-notch dry ice blasting equipment, both new and used. As an OEM, you can rest assured that you are getting the best equipment and the customer service/support you deserve. Click here to learn more about our purchasing options.
Why should I choose dry ice blasting over another surface cleaning and preparation method?
Dry ice cleaning offers a non-toxic, environmentally sustainable alternative to traditional cleaning methods that does not create secondary waste during the cleaning process, does not require chemicals, and does not use valuable and expensive water during the cleaning process. It can also reduce time and labor costs compared to other methods.
Is dry ice blasting dangerous?
Since dry ice blasting involves the use of dry ice, there are certain safety precautions that should be taken to ensure the safety of all personnel. Some key safety precautions include: - Ensuring proper ventilation - Limiting exposure - Identifying and marking areas where CO2 may accumulate - Wearing and using proper PPE, such as gloves, goggles, and tongs. Dry ice blasting itself is not dangerous, but there are safety precautions that should always be taken. To learn more about CO2 and dry ice safety, click here.
