Structure of the production
complex (160 sq. m):

•3-meter racks with components and parts;
•Equipment assembly area;
•Welding station;
•Test bench;
•Equipment demonstration and shipping area.

Production process

High-precision metalworking and sheet metal bending are carried out by our
partners in Kazan, followed by technical control as part of our production cooperation.

•Standard components are purchased and stored:
gear motors, pneumatic and electrical components,
industrial fittings.
•Complete assembly of equipment and its shipping tests are carried out at the production facility.

R&D

Between 2016 and 2019, in-depth R&D was conducted on the development of equipment for
purification and production of dry ice based on new technologies. The R&D was financed by private
capital, subsidies, and grants:

•Skolkovo Foundation;
•Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan;
•Innovation Promotion Fund;
•Eurasian Innovation Center.
