Production process

50 highly efficient сryoblasters per year.

Structure of the production
complex (160 sq. m):
  • 3-meter racks with components and parts;
  • Equipment assembly area;
  • Welding station;
  • Test bench;
  • Equipment demonstration and shipping area.

Production process
High-precision metalworking and sheet metal bending are carried out by our
partners in Kazan, followed by technical control as part of our production cooperation.
  • Standard components are purchased and stored:
    gear motors, pneumatic and electrical components,
    industrial fittings.
  • Complete assembly of equipment and its shipping tests are carried out at the production facility.

R&D
Between 2016 and 2019, in-depth R&D was conducted on the development of equipment for
purification and production of dry ice based on new technologies. The R&D was financed by private
capital, subsidies, and grants:
  • Skolkovo Foundation;
  • Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • Innovation Promotion Fund;
  • Eurasian Innovation Center.

R&D is carried out on an ongoing basis

Using dry ice for general cleaning or temperature control of products does not increase your greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, CO2 equivalent, or carbon footprint.

The CO2 that forms dry ice has already been accounted for during its production at an industrial or biogas facility. The CO2 that makes up dry ice is considered a recycled product.
