Our equipment

oe2
PU20A-III pneumatic pelletizer

The new pneumatic granulator PU20-III (third generation) with the help of unique technologies allows to produce high-density glassy granules of dry ice with a diameter of 20 mm using compressed air at 6 atm with liquid CO2 savings from 7% to 20%.

oe2
CO2 storage system

IRBIS-STORAGE is an innovative system for storing liquid CO2, which does not require a license. Thanks to the new approach to creating a technological process, significant capital and monetary costs inherent in traditional UDH/RDH are no longer required.

oe2
Cryogenic circulation pumps

Multistage vertical centrifugal sealed chemical pumps with magnetic coupling of the IRBIS-FLOW series are designed for pumping chemically active liquids with a density of up to 1200 kg/m3, viscosity of up to 50 cSt and a suspended particle concentration of no more than 1.25 mg/cm3, ensuring a corrosion penetration rate into the material of the flow part (steel 12X18N10) of no more than 0.1 mm/year.

Developing

We develop, manufacture, and commission our own equipment for:

cleaning or cooling

Launching your own production facility will allow you to manufacture
high-quality dry ice pellets for your purposes: cleaning or cooling

You will receive complete technical equipment for the workshop

See below for a layout option for a dry ice production facility that does not require registration as a Hazardous Production Facility or registration of vessels with Rostekhnadzor.
